12 Medals for Maestro at KZN Champs

Amid horribly cold weather and school exams, and after staying up past our bedtime to watch the Springboks in the World Cup, our Durban fencing team made their way up to Hillcrest for Kwa-Zulu Natal's last competition of the year. No one would have guessed that the Maestro fencers were getting ready to wind down for the year, though, because every one of them managed to make it onto the podium.

Thanks, as always, to everyone who helped out with the event and who gave up their Sunday to come and support us. We'd like to extent our sincere gratitude and appreciation for everyone who helped keep the KZN fencing circuit going this year, and we can't wait to see all the old faces and some new ones when we get started again next year!
